Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, Enterprise Technology in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Set detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Analyze current state IT assessments to identify opportunities for cost optimization, application rationalization and automation of processes to improve operational efficiency and data management. Implement Program Management Office (PMO) frameworks for clients seeking to oversee various IT projects and to establish formal structure to how IT Projects, IT Service Delivery, and IT Service Management (ITSM) are designed and executed, including processes, tools, and schedules. Conduct workshops to assess current state of ITSM processes and evaluate gaps in the documentation, execution and reporting of ITSM. Work on re-designing core ITSM processes for IT Operations, focusing on Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. Manage and leading client workshops to coordinate deliverables across different work streams to understand impacts on the operating model and design target end-state. Manage end-to-end IT transformation projects covering governance, capabilities, processes and technology, from current state assessment to target state design and implementation and post-implementation review. Oversee IT Service Delivery improvement efforts including problem diagnosis, data analysis, roadmap design, and improvement programs designed to resolve gaps in IT operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in the position above, as a Site Lead, Service Delivery manager or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Implementing Program Management Office (PMO) frameworks for clients seeking to oversee various IT projects and to establish formal structure to how IT Projects, IT Service Delivery, and IT Service Management (ITSM) are designed and executed, including processes, tools, and schedules;

  • Conducting workshops to assess current state of ITSM processes and evaluate gaps in the documentation, execution and reporting of ITSM;

  • Working on re-designing core ITSM processes for IT Operations, focusing on Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management;

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
