Work you'll do

As a member of the ConvergeHEALTH Patient Insights and Analytics team, you will work closely with our clients to analyze patient data across their enterprise and generate insights to improve patient engagement, operational efficiencies, and health outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the patient journey through a brand's acquisition, conversion, and adherence processes

  • Working with clients to identify key areas of opportunities and pain points for patients and HCPs across the journey

  • Advising clients on industry leading practices for performance measurement

  • Creating data driven recommendations for changes across people, processes, and technology to improve key performance indicators for the brand

  • Working with our clients to implement recommendations and measure impacts to KPIs

  • Contributing to the growth and development of junior team members through active feedback and review of work products

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 to 4 years industry experience with patient services, specialty pharmacy, patient marketing, or other syndicated patient longitudinal data sets

  • Working knowledge of patient journeys within life sciences commercial organizations

  • Working knowledge of technologies and 3 rd party vendors supporting patient journey operations

  • Functional knowledge of standard dashboarding tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)

  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations

  • Strong client communication skills

  • Experience mentoring / leading junior team members

  • Limited sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
