This role supports Deloitte’s Government and Public Services sector in the administration of Deloitte’s portfolio of Federal GSA Schedules, Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), Multi-Award Contract (MAC) IDIQs and State and Local municipality’s overarching Contract Vehicles. Candidates must have previous experience supporting proposals to obtain Federal GSA Schedules/GWAC/MACS and State and Local Vehicles and experience administering and meeting ongoing requirements of these Contract Vehicles. Examples of the GSA Schedules/GWAC/MACs include the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) (e.g., PSS, IT-70), OASIS, CIO SP3, Alliant 2 and at the State and Local level vehicles such as NASPO ValuePoint (collectively referred to within Deloitte as Government-Wide Contracts (GWC). The role supports activities that enable Deloitte to secure positions on GWC vehicles, interfaces with internal and external clients, performs contract negotiations and ensures completion of various contract projects. performs reviews and provides analysis of matters related to the sale of products and product-based solutions on GWC contracts and communicates results to inform proposal strategy and development. Individuals in this role will have the ability interface with Government client representatives and will assist with the development of policies related to GWC vehicles and their administration. Supports negotiations and the completion of various GWC contract projects. Supports the GWC portfolio compliance program to ensure contracts administration is conducted in an efficient and compliant manner. Ability to effectively communicate with peers and internal leadership and clients is required.
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the contracts administration within assigned area of responsibility.
Serves as Principal Advisor on matters related to assigned GWC portfolio and works to align team actions with Practice strategy and objectives.
Maintain and add products to assigned contracts portfolio including GSA Schedules and SLHE contract vehicles and oversees registration on state and municipal bidders list.
Monitors assigned portfolio to identify compliance risk areas and opportunities.
Identifies, establishes, and maintains client relationships.
Effectively works with stakeholders to assess Federal procurement policy and implement required actions.
Influences and secures approval from leadership for desired solutions. Assists with the implementation of solutions, guides, educates and trains account and contracts personnel.
Acts as the subject matter expert on assigned contracts and communicates key messages to stakeholders
Leads and coaches assigned resources.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
