Hybris Commerce Manager

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutionsusing digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking,Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web teamworks with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portalsolutions. Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutionsrelated to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer andBusiness-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internetsolutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for bothinternal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.

Work you ll do

Act in a leadership role on client projects and for junior staff.

Help define businessrequirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).

Create functionaldesigns, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, anddocumentation of operational support procedures.

Help clients defineforward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.

The team

Advertising, Marketing & Commerce

Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses ondelivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients brandvalues for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content,communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers toact. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalizedcontent, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, wetransform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern,data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experiencein creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development

(web, mobile, social, physical)

eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations

Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions

Marketing analytics implementation and operations

Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution

Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution

Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerateresults

Qualifications

  • Eight years of relevantconsulting or industry experience

  • Ability to start work within 4to 6 weeks of an offer.

  • Must belegally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employersponsorship now or in the future

  • Proven experience building andmanaging an ecommerce and multi-discipline team

  • Thorough understanding ofinternet technologies, including ecommerce, mobile, social, SEO, and analyticsplatforms

  • Three years of experienceworking with major ecommerce and related technology vendors, including but notlimited to Hybris

  • Magento, IBM WebSphere, BlueMartini, and open source solution providers

  • Hands-on experience managing acomplete redesign of a B2C and/or B2B consumer website preferred

  • Conceptual and technicalunderstanding of Internet architecture, content management, and infrastructureas they relate to ecommerce operations

  • An understanding of informationarchitecture related to customer experience and usability design techniques

  • In-depth knowledge of thelatest research, analysis and best practices regarding online shoppingbehavior, ecommerce marketing methodologies and customer experience usability

  • A deep understanding of projectmanagement methods and techniques

  • A Bachelor's Degree, advanceddegree preferredBonus points

  • Work independently or as partof a team to manage and complete multiple task assignments

  • Identify client business issuesthrough vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development

  • Demonstrate clear and understandableoral and written communications, including development of client presentations(MS Visio, MS Office)

  • Utilize appropriate problemsolving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve engagement issues

  • Make well informed decisions byexercising mature judgment Develop trusting relationships with clients to identify key stakeholders andproactively open up net new service opportunities

  • Lead and drive proposalcreation and proposal strategy response, orals, presentations, and overallclient relationship strategy

  • Maintain current understand ofmarket and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies thatdifferentiate positioning with vendors and clients

  • Eagerness to mentor juniorstaff

  • Willingness to travel 80 100percent of the time.

  • Must be legallyauthorized to work in the United States without the need for employersponsorship now or in the future
