Work you'll do
Develop evaluation technical guidance materials and webinars for grantees
Develop performance measure profiles
Review and provide feedback on recipient performance measure data and evaluation reports
Respond directly to grantee questions and concerns about evaluation
Support design and implementation of evaluation plans
Develop evaluation data collection tools and templates
Support data collection for evaluation efforts, as needed
Support analysis of performance measure and evaluation data
Support translation of evaluation findings in real time
Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of grantee meetings
Participate in site visits (in-person or virtual) to assess and support grantee evaluation needs

2+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methods
Completed Bachelor's degree
Local to Atlanta, GA and able to commute to the client site there daily in the future; due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Demonstrated experience in developing, operationalizing, and analyzing performance measures for grant programs
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
Experience supporting state and local health departments, and/or public health agencies
Experience facilitating development of logic models for grantees/ stakeholders
Prior work experience in chronic disease prevention or management programs
Strong writing and communication skills
Prior experience providing evaluation technical assistance and capacity building
Client management and meeting facilitation skills
Familiarity with chronic disease prevention and control interventions
Advanced degree in a related field
