Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leverage Deloitte’s IAM Methods 2.0 methodology to help clients control which employees, customers, partners and suppliers access sensitive corporate resources, and streamline the process of managing the explosion in “digital identities.”

Work you’ll do

As Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team VP Solution Delivery, you will

  • Lead clients in designing, deploying and managing repeatable strategic solutions for the management of technological and organizational controls supporting Identity and Access Management.

  • Advise clients in global trends relating to IAM requirements and work collaboratively with them to enhance capabilities

  • Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership in client organizations and external marketplace

  • Work includes project management, practice operations/development, sales, innovation, eminence-building and people development.

  • Define the evolving operating model by collecting data on forcasted vs. actual performance

  • Benchmark the outcomes across the operate client base and distill the practices to lead clients on a path to continuous improvement

  • Enable our future of work strategy for hybrid operate and calibrate the training and support of practitioners.

  • Support pre-sales and sales pursuits requiring insight and experience

  • Lead key account transitions to operate and adapt automation/accelerators to accelerate adoption

  • Maintain assets and onboarding kits to scale the transition process

  • Responsible for supporting/enabling renewal and maintaining reference clients

  • Collaborating with leadership team to forecast and drive expansion within the base

Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant fields.

  • 8 years of experience with:

  • Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification

  • Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle

  • Developing, implementing or architecting information systems.

  • Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.

  • Installation, integration and deployment of Sailpoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, and/or Okta, in client environment.

  • 8 plus years of work experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

  • 8 years of experience leading and managing teams.

  • Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

o Single Sign On

o Identity Federation

o Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience

o Resource Provisioning

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Good analytics skills to inspect and explain data, collect metrics and define operational levers to improve the business and performance

  • Change leadership skills to define mission and purpose and provide enablement to shape the future of work

Preferred:

  • Previous Consulting or Big 4 Project Management experience preferred.

  • Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
