Position Summary

We are looking for a team-oriented individual with creativity, a can-do mindset and Software/Saas deal structuring experience to join our growing team in Deloitte Consulting Platforms.

Work You ll Do:

You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to package, price and contract for Software/SaaS subscription in global markets for new products and solutions. You ll be making strategic decisions about how best to position the license, as part of large complex product/services deals to achieve the best outcomes for the business.


  • Write the business terms for individual client SaaS/Software licenses and provide guidance to business leaders on best practices

  • Complete negotiations and propose alternative pricing/packaging arrangements for strategic/complex deals

  • Own end to end contract cycle from initial contract draft through to contract signature, and facilitate collection of input from various cross-functional stakeholders as needed (product management, sales, infrastructure, support, leadership, legal, risk, etc.)

  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and business stakeholders to develop license order templates

  • Build best practices to streamline process, educate stakeholders, build capabilities across multiple businesses


  • Bachelor s degree required

  • 5 years relevant experience, to include strategic deal negotiations and contract development in managed services, SaaS, Software

  • Understanding of SaaS and services pricing, bundling, deal structuring, and common contract business terms
