Opportunity to support Operate strategy under the leadership of Deloitte Consulting's Operate Leader, Ayan Chatterjee.
Work You'll Do
In this role, you would be a member of the Operate Center of Excellence (CoE) team, responsible for supporting the development of Consulting's Operate strategy, identification of new Operate services, and managing profitability for the Operate portfolio of engagements - all in collaboration with the Operate CoE Leadership team. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Consulting, Green Dot, and Global.
Key Responsibilities include:
Support the development and refinement of the Consulting Operate strategy and collaborate with the Operate Offerings to drive and enable the execution of strategic priorities
Support the identification & development of new Operate services within the Operate Offerings and Industries
Support Operate governance through meeting facilitation and management
Advise and support the growth of Operate across the firm through collaboration with Green Dot and Global teams
Analyze Operate pipeline, sales, revenue, and margin to support investment and deal decisions, and provide portfolio level reporting for Business Performance Reviews (BPRs)
Support efforts with the Operate Offerings to assess and improve Operate engagement profitability (e.g., leverage, offshore mix, methods, automation, assets)
Collaborate closely with the Operate leadership team to execute strategic priorities
Support and drive ad hoc strategy Operate initiatives as well as analytical exercises
Consulting Practice Enabling Team

Qualifications
Required:
Client service experience as a Senior Consultant
Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)
Understanding of the firm initiatives and systems
Strong analytics background
Strong storyboarding and communication skills
Ability to execute and deliver high quality and creative deliverables
Success operating in an unstructured environment
High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Ability to work independently / virtually
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to dive into detail when needed
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
