Deloitte CortexAI Sales Enablement Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia

You are a critical part of the Pre-Sales organization for CortexAI, Deloitte proprietary AI platform for delivering AI and Analytics services to our clients. The Pre-sales organization is key to driving the success of this platform, through product positioning, engaging clients to increase adoption, supporting the sales lifecycle, and providing subject matter expertise to guide solutioning on the platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving internal adoption and your team's ability to effectively respond to market demand to position Deloitte for a win.

Work you'll do

  • Work closely with appropriate leaders and teams to be conversant in product positioning within Deloitte, and externally. Maintain an understanding of the product offerings, with the ability to effectively articulate the product features, benefits, and offerings to technical and business users alike

  • Increase adoption of the platform by developing content and presentations to educate senior leaders, managers, and staff on the product offerings across industries, how to sell and strategically position the platform in client pursuits

  • Support US and Global sales teams by providing CortexAI specific content during the proposal phase, meeting deadlines.

  • This will include, but not limited to, RFI/RFPs, and other content needed to support conversations for new and existing clients

  • Strive to keep the existing resources up-to-date and accessible to Deloitte client-serving teams as well as other CortexAI teams, in a fast-paced environment. This includes, but not limited to content for internal websites, ready-to-use proposal and educational materials used by the Pre-Sales team

  • Drive continuous improvement to streamline the process of creating, maintaining, distributing sales enablement content, and supporting RFI/RFPs • Work closely with Marketing and Product Training teams to drive the right messaging and provide content or inputs, as appropriate for success stories, quals, use cases, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in the sales, marketing, or an equivalent function in a software or professional services environment. Prior experience creating sales or marketing content for technical products is required

  • Superior messaging capabilities, with the ability to articulate complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style; prior experience developing content for large and diverse audience is preferred

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills; superior meeting facilitation and presentation skills are a plus

  • Proficient in MS power point and can create visually appealing content for audiences of different types and levels

  • Self-starter, flexible, detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills. Project management experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results, and seeking direction when needed

  • Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a work environment in which priorities are frequently shifting

  • Successful performance in a matrixed environment

  • Open to travel as needed (up to 20%)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
