Technology Strategy Consultant with Public Trust Clearance
We are seeking a Consultant to join our team to work with executive clients within the IT organization of a large federal agency to help their leadership set strategy for a 2000 person organization. Recently, we helped our clients refresh their strategic initiatives, set priorities for the organization, and will continue to work with them to implement. The nature of this work requires you to frequently interact with the clients and design/deliver in-person and virtual workshop sessions.
The team functions as strategic advisors by working with the clients to adapt to innovative trends in technology in the federal space. This specific strategic advisor role will support the "Data as a Trusted Resource" strategy team. The "Data as a Trusted Resource" strategy team's efforts are primarily focused on Data Governance, Data-Centric Decision Making, Metadata, Data Architecture, Data Security & Privacy, and Data Consumption. Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.
Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.
Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Strategy will help our clients:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Four year degree required
2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Experience with the following: Technical Data Mining, Data Governance, Data-Centric Decision Making, Metadata, Data Architecture, Data Security & Privacy, and Data Consumption
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Experience working independently with minimal guidance
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Experience with workshop facilitation
