Strategy Senior Consultant
As a Strategy Senior Consultant, you will be joining a dynamic and growing team within the Government and Public Services practice (GPS) to support key strategic initiatives and operations efforts. The Strategy Senior Consultant will be able to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive innovation in mission strategy in client spaces. We help clients create, implement, and sustain strategies for program and mission definition, optimization, differentiation, disruption, and business model / ecosystem transformation.
Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.
Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Strategy will help our clients:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field
5 + years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required security clearances
Experience with innovation management, technological change management, IT product lifecycle management, and IT portfolio management
Must be innovative and forward thinking, able to conceptualize and communicate how esoteric technical concepts can help close requirement gaps
Defense industry strategic planning, especially with IT/Technology strategy, innovation strategy, strategic planning, and technical architecture development
Ability to successfully work in an environment with consistently shifting priorities and high ambiguity in client expectations
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Experience in understanding and/or developing aspects of enterprise architecture, and demonstrating architecture alignment to business strategies
Experience leading and coaching junior staff
