We work across the enterprise and within operating models and organizational units, offering business-, technology- and data-driven solutions to address our clients transformation agenda.Join us, and play a key role in helping our clients achieve impactful, sustainable results!Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in government, business or a related discipline Master s Degree in business, public administration, public policy, or related discipline preferred 10years of relevant commercial or government consulting experience focused on strategy, strategic planning, operating model redesign, business process redesign, technology strategy, data analytics, or related topics Experience mentoring and coaching others Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience managing senior-level client relationships Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical) Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience Preferred: Experience delivering leading industry and government consulting methods, tools, and approaches in a government/public-sector context Understanding of and enthusiasm for strategy, transformation, data driven analyses, emerging technologies, leadership, and other management and organizational trends and innovations impacting today s government/public sector leaders Experience leading and working with multi-disciplinary teams How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
