The Enterprise Technology Practice works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation. Working with CIO, Technology Executives, Services Owners, and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
Work you ll do
The ServiceNow Engineer will support our client in the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, beginning with Discovery and requirements gathering all the way to implementation/execution.
Practitioners will utilize ServiceNow as well as best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that their work is compliant efficient, and effective. Team members are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle. Members of the development team must also possess the aptitude to search for answers when they aren t easily accessible.

Engineering, Comp Sci, MIS, or related degrees preferred.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner, that appeals to a wide audience
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, and communicating technical requirements
Working knowledge of MySQL and/or Oracle databases
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Experience with Angular JS
Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST
