Deloitte Senior Transformation Coach (Agile/DevSecOps/Emerging Tech) in Arlington, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Onboard and train team in new methodologies and processes, beginning with Agile and DevSecOps.

  • Identify emerging methodologies and frameworks, and continue to train the team in these new processes for continuous improvement.

  • Train ART Scrum teams on Agile and SAFe principles.

  • Provides guidance on consistent Agile practices to scrum teams using proven templates to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of experience leading agile integrated project teams for cross-agency collaboration on agile execution.

  • Experience coaching multiple teams and executive management which resulted in shared values and adoption of agile delivery processes;

  • Experience leading agile transition for team of over 75 development staff.

  • Experience with agile policies, processes, practices, governance, and migration strategy from waterfall to agile development.

  • Experience creating and leading the Sevatec Agile Coaching Practice to guide federal agile transformations.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Top Security security clearance required

  • Certifications: ICAgile Cert Prof Agile Coaching (ICP-AC), ICAgile Expert Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), ICAgile- Agile Team Facilitation, PMI-ACP, Safe 5 Certified Release Train Engineer, SAFe Program Consultant 5
