Job Title:Senior Government Contracts Closeout Analyst
Performs all aspects offederal contract closeouts in accordance with the FAR and the Federal ContractDivision s current policies and procedures.Maintainsa consistently higher workload than other team members concentrating on more complexagreements.On an annual basis closes132 contracts/subcontracts (averaging 11 closeouts per month).Conducts peer quality assurance reviews to ensure teamis in compliance with current closeout processes. Mentorsjunior resources as needed. Capturesbest practices/lessons learned for continuous process improvements and supportsimplementation of process improvements. Assists with training new and/or temporary employees.
-4 years experience in contracts or closeout environment
-Working knowledge of Federal contracts and subcontracts layout, FAR, and FAR supplements
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-Strong oral and written communications skills
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
