Work you ll Do:

As a Manager within our Robotics & Intelligent Automation team, you will:

  • Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others

  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Provides coaching to junior staff

  • Contributes and leads new business proposals and proposal development

  • Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications:

Required:

6 years of experience with the following:

  • Strong analytical (use of Microsoft Excel, Macros and/or Access to analyze data) and Robotic Process Automation (i.e. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kofax Kapow, Blue Prism) skills

  • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing solutions

  • Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)

  • Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client processes and needs

  • Ability to lead teams to complete a project

  • Strong written and oral skills required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology

  • Advanced Degree Preferred
