Work you’ll do
As a Consultant within our practice you will:
Provide performance metrics tracking and management support to Division/Sub-Division programs and projects to include implementations, migrations, and operations.
Provide SME to support the government in performing integrated program control activities to ensure program and project management status information is effectively and efficiently portrayed in a timely manner through program reviews, performance metrics, and program compliance.
Support the development and maintenance of policy documents for coordination/alignment, legislatio and department-wide strategy to enable the effective operations of the organization.
Support the management of projects, including developing and implementing project plans and providing regular updates to staff.
Manage and maintain information technology platforms and workflows (such as MS Project, JIRA or other platform the government chooses to utilize) to integrate all project artifacts and information.
Supporting development, maintenance, and content of organizational communication mechanisms for information sharing purposes (i.e., portal, email, listservs, etc.).
Support development and validation appropriate performance requirements and metrics for projects and programs aligned with CSD, and high-level objectives.
Complete artifacts necessary to develop and track performance measures and other performance management tools. Manage data for performance metrics.
Support CSD program reviews (such as milestone reviews) to verify and assess the status of documentation and deliverables and to ensure adherence to CSD Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and 5 Year Plans (5YP).
Support CSD Capabilities to AOP alignment; work with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Enterprise Architecture team to capture and understand AOP guidance aligned to CSD Business Processes and Mission.

Our GPS Team provides analysis and assessment of critical risk factors that can impact our client’s operations and overall environment. We help our clients navigate these complex risk factors in the areas of enterprise risk management, geospatial analytics, crisis management, and grants management.
2 years of experience supporting a large-scale program in an office setting.
Must have experience tracking and measuring performance, conducting analysis, and providing reports to leadership with recommendations for improvement.
Must have understanding of and experience with program compliance.
Must have experience drafting policy documents, as well as coordinating and adjudicating comments from across the United States Government.
Must have experience supporting programs for the Government, and experience with project management.
Must have experience with best practices for disseminating communications to a variety of participants and understanding the various mechanisms available for sharing information.
Must be familiar with CSD goals.
Must have a PMP, in good standing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.
