Deloitte Operations Manager in Arlington, Virginia

Work you'll do:

•Apply leadership and management practices engaging project teams and support collaboration across functional groups.

•Possess at least five years of demonstrated experience in the successful IT operations and management of all aspects of maintaining classified enterprise IT and telecommunication services at customer and other infrastructure locations.

•Manage classified enterprise IT and telecommunication asset inventories, operation, and maintenance services (e.g., Service Desk, Deskside Support, NOC, PKI Registration Authority, COMSEC material custody,).

•Manage and maintain the IT and telecommunication lifecycles; replacement of hardware and software and the management of consumables and sparing inventories.

•Experience in ensuring SLA compliance.

•Lead large-scale IT transformation and operations efforts to drive enterprise standardization, operational efficacy, and automated workflows.

•Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to brief senior level officials.

•Ability to engage diverse groups and motivate to collaborate and deliver program vision.

•Serve as lead advisor to key government stakeholders on IT operations policy and strategy.

•Demonstrated and current experience leading, managing and overseeing large-scale enterprise operations.

•Demonstrated experience managing globally dispersed teams

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance required for this role.

  • TS/SCI Clearance required


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

  • Cisco Certified network Professional (CCNP)

  • Experience in the implementation of ITIL service management best practices

  • Familiarity with creation and standardization of SOP documentation

  • Experience in the DHS space and FEDSIM programs
