Work you'll do
Provide service desk support to all incoming support requests, triage all issues, attempt to resolve if possible and follow all escalation procedures to confirm timely resolution.
Troubleshoot intermediate-level requests, serves as the single point of contact throughout the support process and confirms resolution with requestor.
Support incidents and service requests that are received via telephone, the online portal, or email. Provide expert support for Junior Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, if required.

2+ years of experience with help desk and/or service desk
High School diploma or GED
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Active Secret security clearance required
Excellent communication skills
