Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:
Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including processing, hosting platform imports and document production
Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks including data management, processing, production and quality control
Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including: Relativity, Nuix, IPRO eCapture, LAW PreDiscovery, Venio, Concordance and more
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases
Detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of eDiscovery lifecycle
Proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry best practices including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response
Knowledge and experience with eDiscovery projects and related technologies
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Certification in eDiscovery program
