Work you’ll do:
The Infrastructure Lead position will lead an engineering team supporting a robust enterprise network that provides Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and core IT services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange). The position will oversee and provide engineering support for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing server, virtualization, and storage infrastructure. The Infrastructure Lead will be expected to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual status updates and contribute to the tactical and strategic planning for the customer.
10 years’ work experience maintaining, modifying, creating and migrating infrastructure architectures
10 years’ work experience relevant IT experience in Citrix Engineering and Administration (XenApp) and Citrix Virtualization
10 years’ work experience relevant IT experience in VMware Virtualization Engineering and Administration, and VMware Site Recovery Manager Administration
10 years’ work experience with MS Server 2012/2016, Group Policy and Active Directory management.
5 years’ experience in Patch Management planning, implementation and security compliance; Storage Area Network technologies
5 years’ leading an infrastructure team in a network operating center environment.
Active Top-Secret security clearance required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT subject matter experts in planning, coordination, and executing complex high visibility tasks essential to the security and operation of an Enterprise
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to prioritize simultaneous high visibility customer projects and issues.
Strong management, presentation, client interaction, and communication skills.
