Summer Scholar - Human Capital

From talent strategy to organizational design to change management, our Summer Scholars look beyond the traditional boundaries within an organization to discover untapped sources of value. We provide guidance to organizations undergoing large-scale transformations; whether they are implementing new technology, redesigning their HR function, or simply changing the way they work. As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understand the big picture, you will work directly with our clients to help align talent and organizational strategies with broader client objectives.

We recognize that you have unique skills, experiences, and interests, so we divide the broad scope of the Summer Scholar role into skills-based segments in order to best align each Summer Scholar with a focus area. The profiles function as subgroups that our Summer Scholars leverage to network and enhance their professional development. Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Summer Scholars whose skills and interests align with the following areas:
Human Capital Strategy
oThis Summer Scholar identifies efficiencies to enhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This Summer Scholar also designs and develops integrated HR & talent management strategies, helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization and digital enablement.
oMajors: Business, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, ILR
HC Tech & Transformation
oThis Summer Scholar helps clients optimize the value of their investments in HR technology through the selection, design, and implementation of HR solutions and digital applications. This Summer Scholar also builds HR technology blueprints and roadmaps that set clients on a clear path to success.
oThis Analyst leverages disparate data to design cutting-edge analytics platforms to help clients identify trends and make informed business decisions. This Analyst also advises clients on data management and business analytics to enable continuous and sustained value creation.
oMajors: Analytics, Data Science, Math/Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning
Our practitioners will be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. We are committed to continuously supporting our practitioners as they build skills in either one specific part of our business or across the business our Portfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. Junior standing in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
Pursuing a bachelor s degree in the relevant program above
Strong academic track record (recommended minimum GPA of 3.4)
Availability to participate in the Summer Scholar Program full-time for 8-10 weeks from June to August 2019
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
