Functional Business Process Lead

Work you ll Do
As a Manager within our Finance & Enterprise Performance team supporting Real Estate & Location Strategy, you will:
Be responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Organize and deliver financial consulting services on a cross-section of complex projects
Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships
Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and Federal practice
Manage resources and budget on client projects.
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Manages day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team
Displays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
Serves as the primary point of contact for the task order and have direct and frequent interaction with the client leads and client user base
Coordinates with users to gather requirements, document issues, coordinate with the development team and test and train system updates
Responsible for supporting the functional team for all user related issues, requests and data reporting for the TRIRIGA software

Finance & Enterprise Performance
Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in financial analysis, transformation or strategic initiatives
2 years in a technical or functional lead role
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role
Experience with computer programs such as Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), MAXIMO, TRIRIGA, etc
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Experience with cost transformation initiatives
Fleet or Asset Management experience
Data Analytics (Excel, Tableau, and/or Access)
Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
Business Process Mapping
Financial Management/Understanding
Business process design
Software development lifecycle
Facilities and portfolio management processes
Operations and maintenance processes
