Full Stack Developer Top Secret Clearance

Work you ll do

This individual will be responsible for leveraging the existinginfrastructure to build applications and solve big data challenges toultimately help find meaningful insights in data from the entire organizationto drive the agencies mission.

In addition to development, the Full Stack Developer will:

Provide technical andadministrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks,including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the designconcept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules

Coordinate with the Projectand/or Program Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction

Make recommendations, ifneeded, for approval of major systems installations

Perform project tasksindependently, and may direct the efforts of others

Participate in and/or lead thedevelopment of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client andcontract

Anticipate client needs andformulate solutions to client issues

Review deliverables foraccuracy and quality

Provides coaching to juniorstaff

Contribute to new businessproposals and proposal development

Manages own personal andprofessional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth andexpansion of consulting skills and experiences

Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy &Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architectingorganizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win intheir chosen markets.

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:

Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management,governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generateinsights leveraging cloud-based platforms

Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques tomanage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems,sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings forcontinuous insights and improvements

Qualifications

Required Skills:

4 years professionalexperience

Active Top SecretSecurity Clearance

Familiarity with abroad range of development languages and technologies

  • Core AngularJS,Java/JEE, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, NodeJS, C#/.NET, JSON, Mongo db,ElasticSearch.

  • Extended N-tieredSoftware Architectures, REST, SOAP, JAX-RS, Jersey, Tomcat, JBOSS, Accumulo,JAXB, JPA, Hibernate, Spring, c3p0, Wicket, Twitter Bootstrap, JSON, WiQuery,AJAX, XML, XSD, UNIX/Solaris, Linux/Ubuntu, Maven, Microsoft MVC .NET, VisualC#, ASP.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design, Oracle, Windows, MVC, Eclipse,Spring Data Neo4j.

AWS/cloud developmentand solutions architecture / familiarity with and experience developing inGov t cloud environments (C2S, ICGC)

Custom ApplicationDevelopment

WindowsAdmin/Scripting

Understanding ofRelational Databases and Querying languages (SQL. CAML)

DatabaseAdministration, Design and Development (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgresSQL)

Version Control(Specifically Git)

Comfort with AgileMethodology / SCRUM development
