Work you’ll do
As a Sr. Consultant within our GPS team, you will:
Establish and manage an Assistant Director’s Action Group (ADAG) to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of short-term Senior Executive initiatives and activities.
Prepare reports, briefings, meeting minutes, ad hoc analyses, and other documentation as necessary to support client activities.
Support and facilitate meetings.
Provide logistics support for on-site events.
Manage the Associate Director (AD) & Deputy Associate Director (DAD) briefing books/materials across CSD.

4 years of experience directly supporting senior management for a variety of activities, including day-to-day activities, short-term and long-term projects, and special initiatives.
Must have experience working both independently and as part of a team to conduct research, writing reports, conducting analysis, and briefing leadership on findings.
Must have experience attending meetings and capturing notes. Must have experience representing the office at meetings, understanding relevant issues, and briefing out appropriately at meetings and back to internal leadership.
Must have experience independently hosting and facilitating meetings, on behalf of leadership. Must have experience handling logistics for meetings and events.
Must have experience creating and providing input to leadership's briefing books.
Experience with Event Management.
Experience with Technical Writing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.
