ESB Developer

As a member of our development team, you will develop non-emergency and emergency fixes to system platforms to meet mission priorities and align to security objectives. Develop and implement software enhancements and modernization efforts. Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

  • Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer

  • Fluent in Java programing

  • Proficiency in XSLT and working with XML files

  • Proficiency in developing and unit testing Software Component Applications in the Fusion Middleware Platform

  • Proficiency in Oracle SOA as well as working knowledge of SOA design patterns and integration

  • Experience with WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle DB 11g/12c

  • Familiar with Mediator, Java Connectivity Architecture and Fusion Middleware Adapters.

  • Develop non-emergency and emergency fixes to system platforms to meet mission priorities and align to security objectives

  • Develop and implement software enhancements and modernization efforts

  • Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture

  • Experience using containerization tools (e.g. Docker)

  • Familiar with platforms and languages (e.g., TSQL, PL/SQL,C# .NET, C , Java, Git, Jenkins, Maven, NPM, Nexus, SonarQube, CLM, TFS, Remedy, NUnit, PowerBuilder)

Desired Experience

  • Experience in Oracle BPM/SOA/OSB 11g and 12c Fusion Middleware Suite

  • Experience in Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA)

  • Experience in continuous integration using Jenkins, Maven, ANT

  • Experience with WS-Security implementation (X509 configuration) using OWSM policies

  • Experience in Application Development Framework (ADF)

  • Prefer - Experience in Agile development (Feature Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Scrum/SAFe)

  • Prefer - Experience using NIEM standard

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • 4 years of working experience with Java Enterprise Edition and Oracle SOA Suite

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
