Work you ll do
As a Manager within our practice you will:
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte teams Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
Lead the center that provides high scale document and data processing, hosting and analytic services for federal, state, and higher education clients.
Lead a team of data specialists and engineers with offices throughout US.
Lead the identification, testing, workflow development and deployment of tools and platforms.
Support the planning and design of hardware, network, backup, and long-term storage solutions.
Lead the development of best practice models: oversee and monitor team best practices, develop and promote standard protocols for re-occurring services, as well as identification of new services.
As a subject matter expert in e-Discovery, the leader consults with clients and project teams on appropriate solutions related to all phases of the litigation and EDRM lifecycle.

Our Forensics and Investigations practice provides investigative expertise to analyze events, people, entities and financial data in order to extract relevant insights for our Federal clients mission-critical needs.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field
4 years of Forensic, Investigative, and/or Discovery industry related experience
2 years in a technical or functional lead role
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Full consulting and implementation knowledge across the EDRM spectrum
Proficiency of Relativity, Nuix, IPro, Brainspace and SQL
JD or MBA
Forensic collection and analysis experience
