Work you'll do
Support client initiatives in a fast-paced, team environment
Conduct mobile and computer forensic investigations including collection, preservation, analysis, and reporting of findings
Supervise and quality control work product created by junior practitioners

Discovery is constantly evolving and changing as data volumes and sources continue to grow exponentially. We aim to help our clients solve their most pressing data management challenges by bringing key stakeholders together and helping them to navigate challenges such as cloud migration, implications of new technologies, evolving data sources, and pressure due to time constraints or regulatory requirements. Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Mobile and computer examination experience with expertise in Windows, Linux, iOS or Android ecosystems
Experience with a myriad of forensic investigation tools, including (but not limited to): EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM, XWays, MSAB XRY, and/or Nuix
Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) Certification, Certified Advanced Windows Forensic Examiner (CAWFE), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE); GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFE); GIAC Certified Forensic Expert (GCFE); GIAC Battlefield Forensics & Acquisition (GBFA); GIAC Certified Smartphone Forensic (GASF); GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM); GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID); EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE); Magnet Certified Forensics Examiner (MCFE); Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME)
Previous law enforcement/intelligence community/military experience
Cloud examination experience
Video / CCTV examination experience
Hardware exploitation experience (e.g., embedded systems, IoT, SCADA, vehicular / watercraft navigation, infotainment and diagnostic systems)
