Deloitte Consulting - Sales Excellence - Deal Lead
Deloitte Consulting's Sales Excellence Pricing and Commercial Deal Support team is seeking a Consultant to support deal advisory efforts for our broader Consulting practice. The Consultant, playing the role of Deal Lead, will report to a Sr. Deal Lead. The Deal Lead is responsible for the development of account and pursuit-specific deal construct tools and accelerators, delivering analytics and insights, and modeling of pursuit and account commercial constructs.
Work you'll do
Be a trusted partner to the sales team, collaborating on deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms
Support the sales organization in quoting and securing internal agreement on deal parameters
Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing
Ensure that crafted deals are done in line with the long-term objective of the company
Participate in the implementation of new deal-related processes
Collaborate and share best practices across the organization
The team member will be joining Deloitte Consulting's National Office Sales Excellence organization, which owns the end-to-end sales life cycle process and drives sales success to support Consulting's overall success through a range of advisory and analytical services. Within Sales Excellence, the Pricing and Commercial Deal Support team is a highly motivated and energetic group of specialized sales professionals that serve as trusted advisors in crafting tailored deals that meet our clients' needs.

Bachelor or master's degree, preferably with a focus in a business-related discipline such as Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or Mathematics
2+ years of work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
High energy and enthusiasm with strong self-management skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills, as well as ability to communicate both orally and in writing to an audience of senior management
Ability to work independently and within a virtual team in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work during extended hours with a high degree of flexibility during peak periods, including weekends
Relevant work experience in a sales, deal support, or consulting role
Experience building financial models
Experience developing and delivering professional presentations
Location: Any; work will predominantly be performed remotely
Travel: Not expected to be more than 5 percent
