Data Analytics Lead

Work you ll do
Deloitte s AnalyticsTeam will provide data analytics support to the client, provides guidance/toolsto investigate & resolve workplace discrimination claims. The role willsupport the client in advancing data capture, analytics, and reportingcapabilities through analyzing and evaluating HR/EEO operations & process,documenting data capture/case management process and reporting needs, andidentifying issues and trends. This role will serve as the Team Lead and willmanage two Consultants to provide data analytics support on:
Defining requirements for and developing an optimal datacapture/case management tool
Leading the development, collection, analysis, and reportingof data
Benchmarking performance & processing timelines
Performing a gap analysis
Manipulating and transforming data through databases,spreadsheets, and queries
Modeling and forecasting the impacts of resourceenhancements & re-allocation
Creating automated reports and dashboards to measure trendsin cases, and caseload processing forecast models
Translating data analysis findings and research principlesinto written documents
Advising the client on tools and techniques to improve thedevelopment, collection, analysis, and reporting of information
Interacting with the clients on a regular and sustainedbasis, through routine communication and both formal/informal presentations
Training employees on analytics best practices

Required Skills:
Active Top SecretClearance Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other relevant field
6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong Data Visualization and Data Modeling skills
Experience inpresentation development
Ability to manage SESlevel client relationships
Experiencemanaging/coaching junior resources
Strongorganizational/project management skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced SharePoint, InfoPath, and Excel VBA a plus
Experience developing dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Micro Strategy, etc. a plus
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python (notrequired)
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Macros)
