Work you ll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Cyber Risk group you will:

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management

Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Must be eligible to obtain US government security clearance up to Top Secret

Experience in software development to a common coding, version control and architectural standard

Applied IDE (integrated development environment) experience in either; Netbeans, Eclipse, JDeveloper or other Java development platform

Experience creating custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher

Qualifications

Required:

Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

Professional oral and written communication skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Mgmt Mobile and Social, Oracle Identity Federation

Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with implementing Oracle Identity Manager/SOA workflows using Oracle 11g R2 APIs, provisioning to Oracle Database and LDAP, OIM event handlers and, building custom UI using Oracle ADF framework

Minimum 1 year experience using Oracle Access Manager to configure webgates and enable single sign-on for cloud and legacy applications

Minimum 1 year software development experience using Java, Javascript, XML

Preferred:

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Bachelor s Degree
