Business Process Re-engineering Analyst (BPR)

Alexandria, VA

Work you ll do

Establish new business processes to support the service delivery model and to mature/improve the existing management best practices, templates, and automation. Assist in developing processes, methods, and standards to improve existing IT service management capabilities, as well as, any new processes established. The employee shall 1) document processes; 2) conduct customized training sessions on processes; and 3) coach process managers on implementation and sustainment of business processes.

Assist in maintaining and analyzing critical success factors, performance metrics, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Develop solutions and processes to ensure timely, accurate and effective collection, formatting, dissemination, storage, and disposition of program/project/product information. Facilitate the monitoring of operational processes through the creation of program dashboard that tracks BPR integrated master schedule and visibility of performance metrics and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Prepare and coordinate project reviews and participate in forums such as BPR Progress Review meetings or equivalent, and other briefings as required. Reviews may include assessment of project risks and risk mitigation planning, implementation and reporting.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree

-Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have skills:

  • Must have Sparx/UML experience

-Process modeling experience and experience working with Sparx(UML and / or Enterprise Architecture)

-Ability to work with remote team members and drive work team progress.
