Work you'll do
As an Adaptive Consultant within our Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering, you will:
Work with Higher Education institutes and/or State Governments to implement Workday Adaptive Planning budgeting tools
Collaborate with Finance Transformation consultants on expanding Deloitte's footprint to address broader transformation opportunities
Collaborate with Workday HCM and Workday Financials SME's to help position and shape ERP deals with existing Planning clients
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provides coaching to junior staff
Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
1+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Adaptive
Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (Adaptive Insights Certification)
Experience working 1+ Adaptive project
