Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Coordinator in the Cyber Risk group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Execute a portion of the project scope under the direction of management
Contribute to deliverables with work reviewed by team members for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Aid federal clients in ensuring system compliance with their privacy concerns
Engage on privacy projects as a member of the federal privacy compliance (FPC) team and assist in a range of tasks from developing and implementing new internal team policies to evaluate privacy risks
Work directly with federal clients, and the FPC team to review and analyze policies, forms, surveys, and procedures. Work with system owners and privacy compliance managers to review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Privacy Act Statements (PAS), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and System of Records Notices (SORNs)Review and analyze data sharing agreements (DSAs), computer matching agreements (CMA), and other forms for privacy and security protections
Review and analyze current and pending legislation and federal privacy requirements and provide comments and feedback on how the requirements may affect the privacy program.
Experience with federal privacy compliance requirements, laws, and regulations
Experience with reviewing PIAs, PASs, Surveys, Forms, and SORNs
Experience with policy and procedure drafting
Experience with applying a variety of program management and business process management concepts, methods, tools, and techniques, including gap analysis, risk analysis, performance-based metrics, and lessons learned
Experience with implementing privacy requirements from Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
Knowledge of information sharing programs, assessing privacy implications, and developing remediation solutions
Knowledge of federal IT security requirements for information systems

Typically has 0-1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work in a team environment that is process orientated and deadline-driven
Professional oral and written communication skills
Basic software or application skills to complete job successfully
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
CIPP Certification desired, including CIPP/US, CIPP/G, CIPT, or CIPM
