As a Marketing & Communications Lead, you will help drive the execution and delivery of market development campaigns through the efforts of the aligned team. Through collaboration (leading at times) with colleagues in Marketing Excellence, you will be responsible for differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing and communications solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. You'll also have the potential to facilitate marketing and communications targeting activities through assisting with social media campaigns; support business expansion initiatives; develop promotional marketing materials and targeting tools; and manage major promotional events such as trade shows, industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key clients

Work closely with the AATS strategic marketing manager, senior strategic marketers, in-house Green Dot Agency (GDA) and stakeholders to determine and execute on fiscal year marketing strategies for the practice - possess a high-level understanding of marketing and communications basics, with ability to recognize and implement an integrated approach to drive business goals
Collaborate across Marketing Excellence, especially the GDA, and other enabling areas in support of campaign activities and tactical management including:
Development of strategic briefs (business cases) for planned marketing campaigns
Facilitation of leadership/stakeholder approvals of marketing deliverables, digital content, website content, and deliverables
Strategic campaign prioritization and efficient utilization of GDA/vendor resources resulting in part from calculated budget forecasting and management
Oversight of the portfolio of campaigns and activities in alignment with business goals, including thought leadership, advertising, sponsorships, web optimization, collateral design, and events
Reporting on campaign success, insights, and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform future tactics
Work closely with the AATS strategic marketing manager and the GDA to manage the overall digital strategy. From planning, researching, execution and reporting including but not limited to content creation/review, SEO research, keywords, and monitoring performance.
Manage all aspects of events including planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials and on-site assistance to create a memorable experience for attendees
Working closely with the AATS strategic marketing manager and the GDA to execute on AATS content strategy. Including but not limited to determining trending topics; helping to craft content; review - exercise judgement around content and edits; deciding on promotional plan and execution of the plan (such as social, email, paid social); shaping and connecting with leaders for any cross function, segment or industry views with content and monitor/report on performance of content
Write a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to social media, video scripts, podcasts, and external communications campaigns
Tightly integrate campaigns with A&A marketing's lead nurturing process to generate, track, qualify and measure lead generation together with the A&A Growth Team
Define and track metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success, activity, and channels to inform future AATS marketing strategy and tactics, liaising with the GDA
Share knowledge with National A&A and Green Dot marketing to increase the effectiveness of campaigns
Demonstrate excellent command of editorial standards, along with strong editing and proofreading skills
Proactively monitor the progress of multiple projects by tracking activities, spend and outcomes
Develops integrated marketing campaigns that leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success
Deep experience and skillset in digital and content marketing including SEO, paid search, website, social media, etc.
Experience measuring, tracking, and leveraging KPI's to track campaign success
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
Experience utilizing marketing planning software
Excellent command of MSFT Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 5+ in professional services marketing (i.e. Big4 or mid-market firms)
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
