Deloitte Manager - Infrastructure Delivery and Business Design in Alexandria, Virginia

Work you'll do
•Serve as the single point of contact for all technical services provided under this task.
•Manage staff, direct work activities, ensure high-quality of services, and lead key discussions from both business and technical perspectives.
•Experience overseeing the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.
•Experience deploying and operating secure systems.
•Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.
•Experience executing requirements using the Risk Management Framework.
•Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects.
•Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships.
•Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
•Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives.
•Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans.'
•Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff.
•Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process

Qualifications
Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Bachelor's degree required
5 plus years of professional experience
Experience developing and managing stakeholder engagement programs, and experience with change management initiatives.
Preferred:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ITIL certification
Project Management Professional
