Work you'll do
Deloitte's National Security Sector is currently seeking an instructional designer to lead the development of new courses and redesign of existing courses delivered through instructor led, hybrid, and web-based platforms. As an instructional designer, you will empathize with the developmental needs of the modern learner; use creativity and innovation to develop and curate a set of engaging and interactive learning experiences; and bring these learning experiences to market through the application of agile design, development, and integration approaches.

1+ years of experience with curriculum development
1+ years of experience with training course design and development
1+ years of experience with E-Learning/ Web-Based Training (WBT)
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
TS/SCI sec urity clearance required
Preferred: Familiarity with the Intelligence Community
