Work you'll do
Lead development and multidisciplinary project teams in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
Build relationships with multiple organizations within and outside of the Federal Health client
Document weekly progress of the project via status reports and call logs, and facilitate tracking of critical risk and issues with the Federal Health client and Deloitte leadership
Manage both technical and functional resources in process and technical tasks
Develop organizational processes, draft new standard operating procedure (SOPs)

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
5+ years experience running health informatics projects involving EHRs & HIEs utilizing industry standard tools and interface engines such as Rhapsody, Mirth, Cloverleaf
5+ years experience running SDLC projects utilizing standard SDLC development and management tools such as Github, Atlassian, Trello/Slack, etc.
PMP and ITIL Certified
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,000-$208,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Preferred:
Prior experience with public health, Health IT, and HL7 standards
Prior experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR), EHR vendor or product teams (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, ect), public health informatics, public health reporting, ELR, Syndromic Surveillance, HL7, HIEs, eHealth Exchange, Direct Trust, Carequality, CommonWell,
Background in communications, knowledge management tools, Customer Relationship Management tools and continuous business process improvement
