Work you'll do
This graphic design professional will support client engagement teams in the development and design of reports, presentations, training materials, fact sheets, and other products in multiple media formats (digital, print, video, etc.). They will be responsible for working directly with Deloitte project teams to create high-impact deliverables that distinguish Deloitte products from its competitors in professional services.
This position requires:
Training and/or work experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately
The graphic designer will also be responsible for complying with firm branding guidelines, relevant standards for format and accessibility (section 508 compliance), and client preferences and instructions.
The designer must routinely balance long-term projects with last-minute, urgent requests for tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines.
The designer is accountable for undertaking prescribed and independent training, on-the-job learning assignments, and other opportunities to ensure growth and advancement in Graphic Design and their team's development.

Experience with other software/tools for digital media design and publication, including: Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, InDesign), Vyond, and others.
Proven skills and/or educational training in typography, layout, composition, color theory & information design.
Ability to use PowerPoint and Word to create elegant, designed "Feel."
Ability to illustrate by hand, including the use of graphic facilitation techniques, is desired but not required.
