Work you'll do

As a Federal HR Processing SME, you will:

  • Serve as a Federal HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one of the following domains:

  • Federal Benefits

  • Federal Payroll

  • Federal Personnel Action Processing (PAR)

  • FERCCA research & processing and/or Settlement processing

  • Advise operational staff on regulations, policies, processes, & systems

  • Use your depth of research skills and attention to detail to identify root causes of issues, explain complex issues to employees, HR representatives, client liaisons, human capital partners, and program leadership

  • 8 years of experience in Federal HR, serving most recently as a SME in at least one of the following:

  • Federal Benefits

  • Federal Payroll

  • Federal Personnel Action Processing

  • FERCCA research and processing and/or Settlement processing

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role


  • Bachelor's degree
