Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Personnel Processing Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert and advise operational staff on regulations, policies, processes and systems
Identify root causes of issues
Act as liaison & utilize your strong communication to explain complex issues to employees, HR Representatives, client and client Human Capital partners and program leadership.

8 years of experience in Federal HR
Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following areas:
Federal Personnel Action Processing (PAR)
FERCCA research and processing or Settlement processing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
