Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Currently, working with our project team and our healthcare client, you will lead team members to provide direct input to the overall engineering process and to team meetings. Coordinate within a team environment which is essential to work on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion of collaboration to problem solve, design sophistically, and increase product quality.
Lead the design and development of solutions to various problems either independently or in a team environment; designs and maintains efficient code that is reliable. Guide the creation of technical documents such as a design specification document. Ensure applications are performing at high capacity, responsiveness, and quality. Find solutions to reduce issues and defects. Maintain the platform's code and data are organized, automated, and of high quality. Guide junior team personnel by recommending software design and development opportunities/best practices. Employees use knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Openlink is used to communicate between Soarian/Cerner applications and the Ensemble engine. We maintain over 500 interfaces in this space. Candidate should be a domain expert in Soarian as well, and provide guidance and recommendations between Soarian, InVision and GE Centricity for Business (GECB) workflows and analysis. This role is also overseeing all Openlink activities and providing assignments to the team and ensuring bandwidth requirements. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Openlink and works closely with the vendor on enhancements, upgrades, and patching.
Strong communication and coordination skills are a must as you will be working with an offshore team. This is a fully remote working opportunity.

• Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
• Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years' experience as software developer/engineer
• 5+ years' experience in Openlink enhancements, upgrades, and patching
• 5+ years' experience in Cerner Soarian
• Expertise in InVision and GE Centricity for Business (GECB) workflows and analysis
• Team leader experience
Experience working on Integration engines
Experience working remotely
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Experience in healthcare industry
Ability to work on teams in a global diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in client facing environment
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
