Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Manager II in the Cyber Risk group you will:
Engineer and/or architect cyber defensive capability using their knowledge of cyber defensive architecture and technologies required to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack. Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery, infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host based security, penetration testing/external assessment tools, forensics, etc..
On occasion, lead a project of moderate size and complexity, or one or more work streams in a larger project
Communicate project delivery schedule and milestones while maintaining productive and professional relationships with client
Develop new practices or modify pre-established practices to execute work appropriately in order to achieve efficiency and increase performance
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client s mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
Support engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
Manage engagement risk
Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support

Typically has 9 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to supportengagements of greater than average size and complexity
Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
Ability to maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
Require a seasoned Defensive Cyber Operations SME with experience engineering and/or architecting cyber defensive capability.
Candidate must have a solid understanding of cyber defensive architecture and technologies required to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack. Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery, infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host based security, penetration testing/external assessment tools, forensics, etc..
Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients on technical design and implementation of DCO capability.
Experience in the Air Force and specifically supporting the AF Space Command missions is a huge plus.
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
CISSP, CEH andSANS certs are a big plus - GCIH, GPEN, etc.
