Work you ll do As a Project Delivery Manager II in the Cyber Risk group you will: On occasion, lead a project of moderate size and complexity, or one or more work streams in a larger projectCommunicate project delivery schedule and milestones while maintaining productive and professional relationships with clientDevelop new practices or modify pre-established practices to execute work appropriately in order to achieve efficiency and increase performanceImprove the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client s mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clientsSupport engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition ManagementProvide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levelsDirect timely delivery of quality work products for the clientManage engagement riskProvide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and supportEngineer and/or architect cyber defensive capability using their knowledge of cyber defensive architecture and technologies required to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack. Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery, infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host based security, penetration testing/external assessment tools, forensics, etc.. Qualifications Required:Typically has 9 or more years of consulting and/or industry experienceAbility to supportengagements of greater than average size and complexityAbility to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidenceExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsProfessional oral and written communication skillsAbility to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growthAbility to maintain the required Secret clearance for this roleRequire a seasoned Defensive Cyber Operations SME with experience engineering and/or architecting cyber defensive capability. Candidate must have a solid understanding of cyber defensive architecture and technologies required to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack. Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery, infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host based security, penetration testing/external assessment tools, forensics, etc.. Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients on technical design and implementation of DCO capability.
