What You ll Do
As a DNLC participant, you ll hone your leadership skills, learn what it means to be a part of our organization, and engage in hands-on activities that promote collaboration, personal branding, and the overall client experience. You ll also meet students from around the country who share similar goals and interests and build the foundation for a strong professional network.
Skills You ll Build
At the Deloitte National Leadership Conference, you ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our leadership workshops and networking activities provide a view into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to succeed as a business leader. Pursuing a Bachelor s degree in a related field (sophomore standing)
