Work You ll DoIdentify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Will commute within the Seattle, WA area to consult with clients regarding the job duties mentioned above. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, Decision Sciences, Risk Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of experience capturing business requirements and implementing technology solutions.Experience must include two years of:Developing functional requirements documents, wireframes, use cases, and workflows to implement solutions to address business requirements; Liaising between technical teams and business teams to gather business requirements; Interacting directly with the client at the senior management level to discuss business requirements and presenting proposed solutions and recommendations; Managing tasks and reporting using a variety of tools including Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, and Macros), Visio, and Powerpoint; Mentoring and coaching junior team members; and Performing requirements gathering, documenting business and functional requirements, and overseeing technology implementation. Experience must include one year of:Analyzing business requirements and functional requirements documents, including wireframes, use cases, and workflows; Working with senior stakeholders to respond to RFPs utilizing industry standards and regulatory requirements (such as those from OCC, NIST, FFIEC); Conducting enterprise-wide assessments of programs and processes through client walk-throughs; Designing third party vendor risk management methodology, including governance model, operational model, policies and procedures, internal controls, and technology requirements; Performing SSAE16 reviews and reporting on results; Performing end-to-end IT assessments on client s vendors utilizing NIST and ISO frameworks; Responding to regulatory findings and concerns, including Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs); Working with senior stakeholders to develop white papers, and training materials for new hires on current risk management topics; Performing SOX and information technology audits and GCC testing; and Identifying and understanding regulatory requirements (OCC,FFIEC, NIST).
