ProjectManager - DataCenter Migration
Work you ll do
The Project Manager is responsible formanaging all aspects of infrastructure planning,build andmigration projects. Typical tasksinclude: project staff management; project scope management, creation andmanagement of all project documents (infrastructuredesign documents), creation and management of projectplans using MS Project, providing regular project status updates, Issuetracking and resolution management and meeting facilitation.

Manage multiple, simultaneous small tomedium size projects and support larger projects where needed
Conduct client kick off meetings fordiscovery, scope, and timeline expectations
Develop client project plans specifyinggoals and scheduling, when needed
Set proper client expectations during theproject while communicating updates, potential risks and available options
Facilitate client project approval andmanage finalization workflow for timely project completion
Create and maintain supporting projectdocumentation
Support miscellaneous business needs withad hoc analysis or reports, as needed
Update internal clients and resourceswith project status, notes and relevant supporting documentation in a timelymanner
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
6years of experience
Previous large scale data centermigration experience
Infrastructure project managementexperience
Demonstrated success in managing projects
Microsoft Office proficient, including MSProject and Visio
Strong written and verbal communicationskills
Strong interpersonal and presentationskills
Highly organized and experienced inmulti-tasking
Strong ability to provide exceptionalfollow through and be customer service driven
Or an equivalent combination of educationand experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of thejob
Able to thoroughly investigate situationsor issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions tosuccessfully obtain quality information
Ability to work efficiently andeffectively under tight deadlines; strong sense of urgency
Ability to work across multiple projects
