Work You ll DoAdvisory Manager in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk to play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Will commute within the San Jose, CA area to consult with clients concerning the above job duties. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Risk Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Five years of Identity Access Management (IAM) experience.Experience must include five years of:Performing specialist skills in Security Management and Security Governance best practices;Performing architecture and design for Role Bases Access Management solutions;Managing relationships with client executives and involved technology vendors;Using Java, J2EE, EJB, JavaScript, JSPs, CSS, XML, XHTML, JSON, and REST parsing to develop commercial software for enterprise and internet facing applications; andManaging Identity and Access Management solution deployments through full system development lifecycle including development and analysis of solution requirements, design of functional specifications, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing various IAM software products and custom developing applications and testing (unit, system, integration, performance, and UAT testing).Experience must include four years of:Performing Identity and Access Management architecture design and implementations based on Identity Access Management (ICAM) methods;Implementing Identity and Access Management processes by customization of Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Identity and Access Management products, and utilizing programming languages including JAVA, JAVA Script, MySQL, and XML;Performing project management activities, including managing Identity and Access Management project life cycle activities;Performing architecture and design for User Access Recertification solution using SailPoint IdentityIQ and other COTS;Performing architecture and design for Identity and Management processes utilizing Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Identity Analytics;Performing user access certification using SailPoint IIQ;Designing and implementing role based access controls utilizing SailPoint IIQ and Oracle Identity Analytics; andPerforming installation, customization, configuration, sizing, and code development for Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics, and SailPoint IIQ.Less than 10% travel outside of normal commuting distance.
