Work You ll Do

Play substantive role in providing consultative services to organizations and their boards that are designed to enhance effective management of their business, technology and financial risks on a sustained basis. Attain quality internal and external communications and deliverables, including technical content of reports and proposals. Understand clients business. Deliver services meeting engagement leader specifications. Participate in add-on sales to clients. Participate in proposal development efforts. Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing client communication. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo. Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects. Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of subordinates and assist with recruitment retention of professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in accounting, finance, economics, biostatistics, statistics, business administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Five years of data analytics experience.

  • Experience must include five years of:

  • Performing data manipulation with large data sets and using predictive modeling and statistical analysis to drive business results and solve practical problems;

  • Scripting in SAS, improving the SAS programming efficiency and developing advanced SAS MACROs to handle complex data processing and statistical calculation procedures;

  • Performing data analysis, modeling and data visualization by using statistical/analytical packages, including SAS, R, SQL, and Tableau.

  • Experience must include four years of:

  • Statistical modeling in Credit Risk models by using statistical technique, including linear regression, logistic regression and transition matrix to quantify and forecast portfolio loss on Retail portfolio in the banking industry;

  • Working with the bank s governance teams for model validation to ensure all models continue to perform as expected and within ranges agreed to by internal model audit and model management committees;

  • Performing model validation and report development in accordance with CCAR and DFAST regulations requirements;

  • Developing project work stream process charts and project plans; and

  • Interacting with senior management on project progress, reviews of deliverables and other project assessments, including detailed report writing and presentation.

  • Must have one of the following Certifications: CPA, CIA, CFA, CA, CCA, CMA, CAIA or FRM.

  • Position requires approximately 50% travel.
