Work You ll DoLead and deliver complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development of proposals for business case activities and play a key role in facilitating decision making, including process and systems requirements, and policy improvement. Review business case for undertaking business transformation by analyzing financial and operational data to make recommendation to clients with respect to business performance and optimization opportunities. Synthesize overall strategy in the form of key performance indicators (KPI's) to improve business operations, streamline functions, financial processes, drive shareholder value and create a competitive advantage. Supervise overall market research and identify key industry trends, including performance of market seizure and capability assessment, benchmarking and competitive analysis, and development of go-to-market strategy. Lead translation of the strategy framework into an executable plan through business case analysis, project planning, roadmaps, and project management. Manage client relationships and act as an integrator between various stakeholders to assist clients' in solving critical issues in areas such as customer relationships, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and program leadership to implement business improvement and achieve results. Provide guidance in analyzing client's requirements and business model and make recommendations on strategic choices to achieve client's growth objectives.
